Whitco has recently been re-assessed for IiP status and is delighted to have successfully passed all 10 criteria.
IiP is awarded to businesses that recognise the importance of their employees in their growth, demonstrate that they involve staff in their development and have management processes in place that clearly communicate the company’s future aims and plans to their employees.
Whitco has grown steadily over the past 12 years and now has over 24 members of staff. As a family-owned business, looking after those who work at Whitco has always been at the heart of the company’s values. Jeff Whitaker, Managing Director, commented:
