These agreements ensure that appliances are regularly serviced in accordance with manufacturer’s guarantees and undertaken by an approved and fully trained Whitco engineer.

Our technicians undertake regular product training and we ensure that qualifications such as gas, plumbing and electrical certificates are kept up to date.  Our team of technicians hold SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS cards and all trained in First Aid.

Manufacturer training is on-going and we are vastly experienced in all the major makes of equipment.  As such, customers are provided with a reassuring single-source installation and servicing solution that helps to optimise the performance and working life of every individual appliance.

EMERGENCY BREAKDOWN

Furthermore, our catering equipment servicing engineers provide highly responsive emergency breakdown cover. Whether equipment has been purchased from Whitco or another supplier, we offer telephone support and servicing Monday to Friday and emergency call-outs Saturday & Sunday.

We understand how vital it is to your business for your equipment to be up and working as soon as possible and in very urgent cases we may be able to loan equipment.
