Damage Claim

For all orders, our online store makes an effort to ensure that the goods reach the customer intact.

If the ordered goods were delivered with obvious transport damage, please report the defect to the seller by sending an email to with the below information:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Delivery date
  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Photo of the packaging
  • Photo of the delivery label
  • Photo(s) of the damaged items

The customer is obliged to report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Term and Conditions of our store.

If the consumer does not report damage to the goods within the prescribed period, any complaints regarding damage to the goods will not be considered.
