We sponsor and judge the restaurant category and then write we are proud to share that Hibiscus Fine Dining at Delapré Abbey in Northampton won Restaurant of the Year at the Weetabix Northamptonshire Food and Drink Awards. Executive Head Chef Bart Polinski leads the two AA-rosette venue, which features seasonal seven-course tasting menus using produce from the abbey’s walled garden.
